Terms and conditions Immunity Training package:<\/strong><\/p>

    • The promotion is addressed only to NEW customers who have not benefited from any other service within ABC clubs.<\/u><\/b><\/li><\/ul>
      • Sessions can be scheduled and carried out at any time of the day, associated with the opening hours of the clubs and the gym. The contact number for appointments in the Decebal club is: 0742 745 367, and for the Spring club: 0799 977 786.<\/li>
      • Salina ABC is located only within the ABC Decebal Club where you can park for FREE, if you choose to respect the parking rules posted at the location.<\/li>
      • Your child's medical opinion is required at the time of the appointment, in physical or digital format, stating: clinically healthy, vaccinated according to the national scheme (or copy of vaccination booklet), fit for swimming and without restrictions for saline therapy. Admitted validity is 7 days from the date of issue to the date of the appointment.<\/li>
      • The opinion is only required at the first meeting and afterwards if there is a 30-day break in activity!<\/li>
      • Sessions paid at the promotional price will be available until December 15, 2023, inclusive.<\/li>
      • Sessions paid and unscheduled by 12\/15\/2023 can be made by including them in a new standard subscription, paid by 12\/20\/2023, otherwise they will be considered made.<\/li>
      • The duration of the aquatic education session will depend on the availability of the baby and can vary between 30-40 minutes, and in the ABC Saline between 15-45 minutes (unless otherwise medically recommended). Unfortunately, if there will be a delay, it will not be possible to make up for it.<\/li>
      • After scheduling, together with the reception of the chosen club and in order to guarantee the position in the program, we will ask for payment in advance and send confirmation of payment within 24 hours after the issuance of the invoice.<\/li>
      • It will NOT be possible to guarantee a specific preferred instructor for the aquatic education session.<\/li>
      • The programmed aquatic education session will be considered as completed, except for a medically motivated absence, justified on the basis of a medical opinion or report (excluding prescription) that must be sent to the club, at least in digital format, within 24 hours of the absence.<\/li>
      • In this case, the meeting can be rescheduled ONCE, and if in this case the absence (for any reason), it can be made up:<\/li><\/ul>
        1. by including it in a standard subscription or<\/li>
        2. a difference of 100 lei is payable for the possibility of rescheduling the meeting at any time until 15.12.2023.<\/li>
