Cu multiple beneficii asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u00eentregului organism, mi\u0219carea acvatic\u0103 antreneaz\u0103 toate grupele de mu\u0219chi, \u00eentreg sistemul osos \u0219i stimuleaz\u0103 sistemul nervos mai eficient dec\u00e2t oricare alt sport. \u00cenc\u0103 din prima parte a anilor 1970, beneficiile \u00eenotului au devenit evidente \u0219i asupra dezvolt\u0103rii bebelu\u0219ilor. O dat\u0103 cu trecerea timpului implementarea unor standarde de igien\u0103 a apei \u00een piscinele publice au vizat \u00een primul r\u00e2nd igienizarea apei, \u00eens\u0103 nu au luat \u00een considerare nevoile specifice ale bebelu\u0219ilor. De-a lungul anilor au fost efectuate numeroase studii asupra standardului cel mai folosit, clorul, \u0219i efectele sale pe termen lung asupra dezvolt\u0103rii bebelu\u0219ilor expu\u0219i apei din piscinele clorinate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De ce este periculoas\u0103 clorinarea apei din piscine pentru organismul uman<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunt mai multe metode de dezinfec\u021bie a apelor din bazinele acvatice, \u00eens\u0103 clorinarea este cea mai uzual\u0103, datorit\u0103 raportului eficien\u021b\u0103\/pre\u021b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clorinarea inactiveaz\u0103 patogenii din piscine, dar \u00een acela\u0219i timp cauzeaz\u0103 reac\u021bii cu materiile organice prezente \u00een ap\u0103, de la cele chimice la cele induse de corpul uman, precum urin\u0103, transpira\u021bie, celule epiteliale, p\u0103r, microogranisme, produse cosmetice \u0219i alte produse de \u00eengrijire, form\u00e2nd produse reziduale ale dezinfec\u021biei cu clor care pot deveni periculoase la expunerea pe termen lung. Cele mai periculoase produse reziduale sunt trihalometanii (THM), care nu sunt prezen\u021bi numai \u00een ap\u0103, ci, din cauza volatilit\u0103\u021bii lor, se evapor\u0103 \u0219i \u00een aerul de deasupra apei din piscin\u0103, persist\u00e2nd mult timp, fiind inspira\u021bi de organismul uman. De aici \u0219i acel miros specific de clor din \u00eenc\u0103perile piscinelor publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organiza\u021bia Mondial\u0103 a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii (OMS) specific\u0103 faptul c\u0103 \u00eenot\u0103torii din piscinele interioare, mai ales \u00een cazul celor care nu sunt ventilate corespunz\u0103tor, pot fi expu\u0219i la THM \u00een 3 moduri, prin ingerare oral\u0103, prin contact epitelial \u0219i prin inhalare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sute de studii au demonstrat c\u0103 expunerea la clorul din piscine poate afecta s\u0103n\u0103tatea organismului uman. C\u00e2teva studii epidemiologice au dovedit c\u0103 expunerea popula\u021biei la THM prin ingerare duce la rate ridicate de cancere de colon, vezic\u0103 urinar\u0103 \u0219i rectale. (<a href=\"javascript:;\">Hamidin&nbsp;<em>et al.<\/em>&nbsp;2008<\/a>;&nbsp;<a href=\"javascript:;\">Lee&nbsp;<em>et al.<\/em>&nbsp;2009<\/a>;&nbsp;<a href=\"javascript:;\">Villanueva&nbsp;<em>et al.<\/em>&nbsp;2015<\/a>). Iar alte studii pe animale au asociat expunerea la THM cu formarea de tumori la ficat \u0219i rinichi. (<a href=\"javascript:;\">Ahmed&nbsp;<em>et al.<\/em>&nbsp;2019<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dUn total de dou\u0103zeci \u0219i unu de studii care evalueaz\u0103 efectele clorului \u0219i ale produselor sale secundare asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii alergice sau respiratorii au fost incluse \u00een analiz\u0103. Expunerea la produse secundare de clorinare prin participarea la piscine a ar\u0103tat efecte adverse asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii copiilor, subiec\u021bilor expu\u0219i profesional, \u00eenot\u0103torilor sportivi \u0219i subiec\u021bilor astmatici. Aceste efecte adverse au fost observate \u00een ciuda prezen\u021bei directivelor oficiale \u00een majoritatea \u021b\u0103rilor de control \u0219i reglementare a utiliz\u0103rii clorului pentru dezinfec\u021bia apei. Contactul cu produsele secundare de clorinare ar putea s\u0103 nu fie motivul principal pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea respiratorie precar\u0103, dar ar putea s\u0103 nu fie la fel de inofensiv cum se credea mai devreme. \u00cen special, \u00eenotul copiilor \u00een piscine cu clor este foarte discutabil.\u201d <\/em>se precizeaz\u0103 \u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.2174\/157339807779941839\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lucrarea<\/a><em> \u201dClorul, produsele de clorinare \u0219i efectele lor alergice \u0219i respiratorii asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii\u201d <\/em>a Institutului de Epidemiologie a Centrului Na\u021bional de Cercetare \u00een S\u0103n\u0103tate din <strong>Neuherberg, Germania.<\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Copiii sunt cei mai afecta\u021bi de expunerea la clorul din piscine<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Copiii sunt cei mai vulnerabili la expunerea la clorul din piscine. Un studiu (Villanueva&nbsp;<em>et al<\/em>.-2015) a demonstrat c\u0103 \u00eenotul pe termen lung \u00een piscine dezinfectate cu clor cre\u0219te riscul de astm la copii, iar un alt studiu (<a href=\"javascript:;\">Bernard&nbsp;<em>et al<\/em>. (2009)<\/a>&nbsp;a ad\u0103ugat pe list\u0103 \u0219i riscul de bron\u0219iolit\u0103. Raportul unui alt studiu (<a href=\"javascript:;\">P\u00e1ndics&nbsp;<em>et al.<\/em>&nbsp;(2018)<\/a> a subliniat cre\u0219terea riscului de cancer la copiii expu\u0219i la piscine clorinate de la v\u00e2rste fragede pe termen lung. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Alfred Bernard de la Universitatea Louvain din Belgia \u0219i echipa sa sunt cei care au \u00eentreprins cele mai multe studii privind expunerea pe termen lung a copiilor la apa clorinat\u0103 a piscinelor \u0219i efectele acesteia asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii lor mai t\u00e2rziu \u00een via\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201d Datele noastre sugereaz\u0103 c\u0103 practicarea \u00eenotului bebelu\u0219ului \u00een piscine interioare clorurate poate fi asociat\u0103 cu modific\u0103ri ale c\u0103ilor respiratorii distale care predispun copiii la dezvoltarea astmului \u0219i a bron\u0219itei recurente. Aceste efecte pot rezulta din inhalarea repetat\u0103 a produselor de clorinare, \u00een special de tricloramin\u0103, gazul iritant format atunci c\u00e2nd clorul reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu materia organic\u0103 adus\u0103 de \u00eenot\u0103tori \u0219i care confer\u0103 piscinelor interioare mirosul lor tipic de clor. Recomand\u0103m pruden\u021b\u0103 \u00eenainte de a duce \u00een mod regulat bebelu\u0219ii \u00een piscine interioare slab ventilate, unde exist\u0103 un miros puternic de clor.\u201d, <\/em>precizeaz\u0103 Dr. Bernard \u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2082857\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lucrarea<\/a> sa<em> \u201d S\u0103n\u0103tatea respiratorie \u0219i \u00eenotul la bebelu\u0219i\u201d.<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poate cauza astm \u0219i inflama\u021bii ale c\u0103ilor respiratorii<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot Dr. Bernard \u0219i echipa sa au demonstrat printr-un alt <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/16847033\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a> c\u0103 \u00een \u021b\u0103rile industrializate, dezvoltate economic, unde accesul la piscine este facil, cazurile de astm infantil au crescut \u00een ultimii ani. Iat\u0103 cum explic\u0103 acesta, \u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/erj.ersjournals.com\/content\/36\/1\/4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lucrarea<\/a> \u201d<em>Prezen\u021ba piscinelor cu clor, atopia \u0219i riscul de astm bron\u0219ic \u00een timpul copil\u0103riei\u201d<\/em> modul \u00een care copiii sunt afecta\u021bi de expunerea la clorul din piscine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dFactorul de bazin responsabil pentru aceste efecte ar trebui probabil c\u0103utat printre produsele de clorinare, care pot fi inhalate sub form\u0103 de gaz sau aerosoli. Unul dintre principalii vinova\u021bi ar putea fi tricloramina.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Studiul nostru indic\u0103 \u00een mod clar c\u0103 riscul de a dezvolta astm culmineaz\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd copiii merg regulat la o piscin\u0103 interioar\u0103 cu clor \u00eenainte de v\u00e2rsta de 6-7 ani. Cea mai logic\u0103 explica\u021bie pentru aceast\u0103 sensibilitate mai mare a copiilor mici, observat\u0103 deja \u00een studiul nostru anterior (Bernard et al. 2003), este c\u0103 copiii nu pot \u00eenota cu adev\u0103rat \u00eenainte de aceast\u0103 v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u0219i, prin urmare, trebuie s\u0103 mearg\u0103 la piscina mic\u0103, care este pu\u021bin ad\u00e2nc\u0103, fierbinte \u0219i mai puternic poluat\u0103 dec\u00e2t piscina mare. \u00cen plus, atunci c\u00e2nd copiii se joac\u0103 sau \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eenoate, ei inhaleaz\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenghit \u0219i mai mul\u021bi aerosoli \u0219i pic\u0103turi de ap\u0103 care con\u021bin acid hipocloros \u0219i cloramine solubile. Cu toate acestea, cel mai critic factor este c\u0103 expunerea la toate aceste produse de clorinare culmineaz\u0103 la copii tocmai \u00eentr-un moment \u00een care pl\u0103m\u00e2nii lor sunt \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een curs de dezvoltare. O propor\u021bie semnificativ\u0103 a dezvolt\u0103rii pl\u0103m\u00e2nilor are loc \u00eentr-adev\u0103r postnatal \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 care se extinde p\u00e2n\u0103 la v\u00e2rsta de 6-8 ani (Finkelstein \u0219i Johnston 2004). \u00cen tot acest timp, pl\u0103m\u00e2nul sufer\u0103 alveolarizare \u0219i morfogenez\u0103 continu\u0103 cu o diferen\u021biere a celor mai critice tipuri de celule \u0219i structuri epiteliale. Prin urmare, nu este surprinz\u0103tor faptul c\u0103 expunerea repetat\u0103 a tractului respirator la concentra\u021bii mari de oxidan\u021bi pe baz\u0103 de clor \u00een acea perioad\u0103 poate provoca modific\u0103ri epiteliale care ar putea promova dezvoltarea astmului la subiec\u021bii sensibiliza\u021bi.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00cen concluzie, studiul nostru arat\u0103 c\u0103 subprodu\u0219ii de clorinare care contamineaz\u0103 aerul piscinelor interioare pot ac\u021biona ca adjuvant favoriz\u00e2nd dezvoltarea astmului la copiii atopici, \u00een special la copiii mici care frecventeaz\u0103 piscina mic\u0103, puternic poluat\u0103. Aceste descoperiri sus\u021bin \u0219i mai mult \u201eipoteza clorului din piscin\u0103\u201d, care sugereaz\u0103 c\u0103 expunerea \u00een cre\u0219tere a copiilor la clorul din piscin\u0103 ar putea fi un factor important al stilului de via\u021b\u0103 implicat \u00een cre\u0219terea astmului bron\u0219ic la copil \u00een lumea dezvoltat\u0103.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dExpunerea la piscin\u0103 la \u00eenceputul vie\u021bii a fost asociat\u0103 cu un risc semnificativ mai mare de apari\u021bie a astmului pre\u0219colar. O rela\u021bie doz\u0103-r\u0103spuns \u00eentre expunerea la piscin\u0103 \u0219i astm bron\u0219ic a fost indicat\u0103 la copiii cu debut de astm la v\u00e2rsta de 1 an. Copiii care au fost at\u00e2t sensibiliza\u021bi, c\u00e2t \u0219i expu\u0219i au avut un risc deosebit de mare.\u201d <\/em>se precizeaz\u0103 \u0219i \u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/ehjournal.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12940-018-0383-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lucrarea<\/a> <em>\u201dExpunerea timpurie la piscin\u0103 \u0219i debutul astmului la copii &#8211; un studiu caz-control\u201d <\/em>alDepartamentului de S\u0103n\u0103tate Public\u0103 \u0219i Medicin\u0103 Clinic\u0103, Medicina Muncii \u0219i Mediului de la Universitatea Ume\u00e5 din Suedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poate cauza rinit\u0103 alergic\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alte studii au demonstrat c\u0103 efectele pe termen lung al expunerii la clorul din piscine pot duce la o senzibilizare alergic\u0103 a c\u0103ilor respiratorii la particulele de praf, ce poate duce la rinit\u0103 alergic\u0103 pentru tot restul vie\u021bii. \u201d<em>Prezen\u021ba la piscinele cu clor la \u00eenceputul vie\u021bii este asociat\u0103 cu riscuri mai mari de inflama\u021bie a c\u0103ilor respiratorii noi \u0219i de sensibilizare IgE la acarienii de praf de cas\u0103, independent de al\u021bi factori de risc.\u201d <\/em>se specific\u0103 \u00een <a href=\"De%20ce%20trebuie%20sa%20ne%20ferim%20de%20piscinele%20pentru%20copii%20care%20sunt%20dezinfectate%20cu%20clor.docx\">lucrarea<\/a><em> \u201dRiscuri de sensibilizare alergic\u0103 de nou-apari\u021bie \u0219i inflama\u021bie a c\u0103ilor respiratorii dup\u0103 \u00eenotul la o v\u00e2rst\u0103 fraged\u0103 \u00een bazine cu clor\u201d, <\/em>semnat\u0103 tot de echipa doctorului Bernard de la Universitatea Louvain din Belgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201d<em>Cele mai puternice asocieri cu rate mari de rinit\u0103 alergic\u0103 au fost g\u0103site pentru cei mai tineri subiec\u021bi \u0219i au fost legate de gradul de participare la bazin curent \u0219i de v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u0219colar\u0103. Rate mai mari ale rinitei alergice pot fi observate atunci c\u00e2nd copiii sunt expu\u0219i frecvent la v\u00e2rsta \u0219colar\u0103 \u00een ultimii 12 ani la apa clorinat\u0103 a piscinelor. Integritatea afectat\u0103 a epiteliului pulmonar prin expunerea la produse secundare de clorinare ar putea facilita un contact mai apropiat cu alergenii \u0219i, prin urmare, ar putea duce la rate mai mari de rinit\u0103 alergic\u0103.\u201d <\/em>se concluzioneaz\u0103 \u00eentr-un alt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S1438463913000424\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiu<\/a><em>, \u201dFrecven\u021ba la piscine \u0219i prevalen\u021ba rinitei alergice mai t\u00e2rziu \u00een via\u021b\u0103\u201d, <\/em>alCentrului Na\u021bional de Cercetare pentru Mediu \u0219i S\u0103n\u0103tate, Institutul de Epidemiologie, din Neuherberg, Germania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum putem evita expunerea la clorul din piscine f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 renun\u021b\u0103m la educa\u021bia acvatic\u0103 a copiilor<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studiile de mai sus demonstreaz\u0103 c\u0103 expunerea la apa clorinat\u0103 a piscinelor, mai ales a bebelu\u0219ilor \u0219i pre\u0219colarilor, poate afecta pe termen lung s\u0103n\u0103tatea acestora, cu efecte dramatice ce pot s\u0103 apar\u0103 mai t\u00e2rziu \u00een via\u021b\u0103. \u00cens\u0103, oare aste \u00eenseamn\u0103 s\u0103 renun\u021b\u0103m la acest sport care aduce at\u00e2t de multe beneficii copiilor? Nici pe departe! \u00censeamn\u0103 doar s\u0103 alegem cu mult\u0103 aten\u021bie piscina pe care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 o frecventeze copilul nostru, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 ne asigur\u0103m c\u0103 expunerea la clor s\u0103 fie c\u00e2t mai mic\u0103 sau inexistent\u0103 (acolo unde se folosesc metode de igienizare a apei f\u0103r\u0103 clor).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dMetoda microbiologic\u0103 \u0219i chimic\u0103 optim\u0103 este ozonarea apei; cu toate acestea, din cauza costului mai mare, aceast\u0103 metod\u0103 este rar utilizat\u0103. \u00cen cazul utiliz\u0103rii piscinelor cu ap\u0103 clorurat\u0103, circula\u021bia aerului este crucial\u0103 deoarece disipeaz\u0103 compu\u0219ii toxici suspenda\u021bi \u00een aer. De asemenea, sunt importante folosirea celor mai mici cantit\u0103\u021bi eficiente de dezinfectant cu clor, sp\u0103larea atent\u0103 a corpului de c\u0103tre persoanele care folosesc piscina \u00eenainte de \u00eenot \u0219i folosirea \u0219epcilor de \u00eenot pentru a limita livrarea de compu\u0219i organici \u00een piscin\u0103.\u201d <\/em>se precizeaz\u0103 \u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/bibliotekanauki.pl\/articles\/2081977.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studiul<\/a> <em>\u201dInfluen\u021ba apei clorurate asupra dezvolt\u0103rii bolilor alergice\u201d a <\/em>Departamentului de Gastroenterologie, Boli Metabolice \u0219i Interne \u0219i Dietetic\u0103 \u00een colaborare cu&nbsp; Departamentul de Alergologie, Imunologie Clinic\u0103 \u0219i Boli Interne din Polonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De ce detalii trebuie s\u0103 \u021binem cont c\u00e2nd alegem un club acvatic pentru copil:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Impunerea de reguli stricte, at\u00e2t \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te circuitul copilului \u00een club, c\u00e2t \u0219i obligativitatea imuniz\u0103rii, a folosirii du\u0219urilor \u00eenainte de a intra \u00een ap\u0103, a scutecelor de ap\u0103, \u0219i interzicerea cremelor \u0219i lo\u021biunilor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Igienizarea apei s\u0103 se fac\u0103 cu ozon \u0219i UV sau s\u0103 existe un nivel c\u00e2t mai redus al clorului rezidual din ap\u0103 (s\u0103 existe transparen\u021b\u0103 \u00een furnizarea acestor informa\u021bii). \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia nivelul permis de lege este de 0,5-1mg\/l, \u00eens\u0103 este o limit\u0103 impus\u0103 piscinelor publice normale. Cele dedicate copiilor ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103 un nivel mult mai redus;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u0103 existe un sistem de aerisire \u0219i de circula\u021bie a aerului bine pus la punct astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 se evite cumularea de tricloramin\u0103 \u00een aerul respirat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201d<em>Este recomandat\u0103 dezinfec\u021bia secundar\u0103 a apei din piscine cu UV sau ozon pentru a distruge microorganismele, mai ales Criptosporidium, care este rezistent la clor. Aceast\u0103 ac\u021biune este deosebit de important\u0103, mai ales \u00een cazul piscinelor folosite de copii, \u00een acela\u0219i timp reduc\u00e2nd expunerea \u0219i la cloramine.<\/em>\u201d se precizeaz\u0103 \u00een \u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwtag.org\/download\/pwtag-code-of-practice\/?wpdmdl=2378&amp;refresh=61483edc46a791632124636\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Codul de practic\u0103<\/a>\u201d pe 2023 al Grupului consultativ pentru tratarea apei din piscine al Marii Britanii. \u00cen Germania legea \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te clorul rezidual din piscine este cea mai strict\u0103 din lume, impun\u00e2ndu-se un maxim de 0.3\u20130.6 mg\/L.
