The ideal candidate
We believe that every instructor has the power to make a significant difference in children's lives and to turn every lesson into a memorable experience. We need someone like you who:
- Share your passion for working in the aquatic environment with babies from 2 months old, in a new location with a premium concept;
- Has the ability to connect on a personal level with each child, building a personalized program that meets the needs and unique pace of development of each one;
- Understand the importance and impact of positive communication and learning through play and exploration;
- She is resistant to physical exertion and has a balanced immunity.
Professional training
- Graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, specializing in swimming.
- Graduate of the Department for Teaching Staff Training.
- Holder of a swimming instructor's certificate, license or card.
Job description
Your role as a swimming specialist is to help create a fun and positive learning environment in the aquatic environment, where children feel encouraged to accept challenges and acquire new skills quickly and accurately, through a personalized instructor-child program.
We offer you training support in the teaching method of our clubs, as well as advanced training and personal development courses, designed to ensure complex professional evolution.
The salary will be determined following the interview and depending on the level of experience.
