Aquatic education sessions are specifically designed for children aged 1 month to 6 years. At ABC clubs, water treatment and disinfection are carried out using a mixed system based on UV and ozone, with a direct effect on the quality of the water and the air around the pool. The pool water is chlorine-free, maintains a constant temperature of 32.5°C at ABC Decebal and ABC Primăverii clubs, and 34°C at ABC Dorobanți Club, while the air temperature ranges between 32.5°C and 33°C. The required equipment consists of:

Aquatic education is the process of readjusting the baby to the aquatic environment where, under the careful guidance of specialists, primary reflexes can be stimulated so that aquatic, physical, and cognitive acquisitions can experience early and above-average development. These are, incidentally, data confirmed by a study by Griffith University in Australia, conducted on a sample of over 7000 children. The benefits of this activity, recognized as the only motor activity that can be started from the first month of life, include: muscle tone, self-confidence, increased emotional and social intelligence, balanced appetite and sleep, safety in the aquatic environment, strengthened immune system, and improved coordination and balance.
Aquatic education can begin from the first months of life and focuses on stimulating primary reflexes. Swimming, by which we mean independent aquatic movement, without the help of floating objects, can begin around the age of 2-3 years, but swimming techniques can be learned starting at the age of 4-5 years.

They had fun and played, made friends and, most of all, learned to swim, jump, dive, but also to win races with their specialists.
