Terms and conditions for scheduling and conducting the Genesis Session:
- The club can guarantee an appointment for a Genesis session only upon receipt of confirmation of payment (within 48 hours of sending the invoice).
- The access to the genesis session can be done only upon presentation of the medical opinion, the copy of the vaccination record and the dedicated equipment (water pampers, bathing suit, towel, wet slippers).
- Parents may NOT stand on the poolside during the lesson without the instructor's permission
- Access to the water for a parent can only be made on presentation of the medical documents required by the club
- In case of absence, the meeting can be rescheduled once more, only if one of the following conditions has been met: the absence has been announced 24 hours before the appointment time or the absence is medically justified on the basis of a doctor's opinion (excluding prescription)
- If you know that your baby has a preference to be around a boy or girl instructor, please let us know and we will take this into account as long as there is availability in the program
- Please let us know if you plan to bring more accompanying adults. Depending on the level of occupancy in the club and the pandemic context, the reception will confirm the possibility of your presence. For safety reasons we reserve the right to accept only one accompanying adult.
- In case your baby is facing various physical, locomotor or autism spectrum (adhd) challenges, please make it a priority to let the reception know so that we can offer you the available positions with instructors who have experience in this area
