What should you bring in your luggage when you come to the swimming club with your baby?
Because at Acvatic Bebe Club we put safety and comfort first, we present you with some tips on the items your little one needs around swimming lessons.
First of all, the outfit! A swim diaper, over which a brief/swimsuit is required is indispensable, to considerably reduce "accidents". At ABC, water disinfection is done through a mixed system of ozone and UV rays with a direct effect on the quality and purity of the water, thus, the little ones will enjoy a clean and safe environment at all times.
It is also a good idea to take in your luggage indoor shoes non-stick for baby, who will want to explore our club set up just so they feel at ease and always inspired to learn. We recommend sneakers, Crocs, booties, etc.
If necessary, it is good to have a swimsuit For you, if you have a small child who is at the beginning of their aquatic adventure, so you can accompany them in the water. We recommend that for the first aquatic education sessions of a child up to 3 years old, the parent accompanies the little one in the water, to ensure the instructor-child transition, until the instructor considers that the lesson can be conducted without the child's emotional and affective input.
Towel: When your baby is taken out of the water, they should be wrapped in a dry towel to maintain body temperature. Also after swimming, your little one may get hungry, so make sure you have a baby bottle with milk, if you are no longer breastfeeding, or small snack if they are already eating solid foods.
Because Acvatic Bebe Club connects friends, both between little ones and between parents, you can bring favorite toys to your baby, for some quality time spent with other water enthusiasts. However, we still offer a wide range of toys that children can enjoy either in the acclimatization room or in our own salt room, for added health benefits. It is recommended that your little one be dressed not too warmly in the changing room so that they do not sweat during their time in acclimatization (this room serves to ensure a thermal adjustment transition from interior to exterior and vice versa). Also, it's good to have cotton swabs, shower gel, and moisturizer with you.
It is also worth mentioning that coming and leaving the club should not be done in a hurry because an agitated parent transmits their own state to the child, which has an impact on their progress during the swimming session. When leaving the club, it is good for the parent to allocate time to thoroughly drying their hair, spending at least 15 minutes in the acclimatization room (especially in the cold season) and, last but not least, socializing and spending quality time with other children and parents, which has an impact on the change of news in this field (recipes, special places dedicated to children, shows, toys, etc.).
So, at ABC we want to offer more than just swimming lessons. Together with you, we can lay the foundation for harmonious development both physically and socio-emotionally.
