Founded in 1966 by Dr. Harvey Barnett, Infant Swimming Resources is now a world leader in the industry it pioneered: survival swimming lessons for infants and young children.

Behind this idea, however, lies a tragic story. At the age of 18, Harvey came home from his job as a lifeguard to find his neighbor's child drowning in several inches of mud and water in a drainage ditch. In response to this tragedy, Dr. Harvey Barnett dedicated his academic and professional career to developing a safe, physiological, and psychological method of teaching the skills needed to survive a water accident to infants and young children.

Today, their mission is the foundation of everything they do and is the driving force behind ISR employees, instructors, and partners. They believe that successfully preventing the leading cause of death for children under 4 in the U.S. requires a huge effort of training, professional preparation and passionThey believe that at the center of any program is the child himself, who must be understood and whose learning pace must be respected.

to Aquatic Baby Club we try to contribute to the learning of essential skills for the little ones, thus offering them a Lifetime gift! Through aquatic education programs started from a very young age, it will seem completely natural to children to move in the water and enjoy its beauty in complete safety!
