Rules & conditions

Dear clients, for the good development of the aquatic education activity within our club, we bring to your attention the following administrative landmarks that must be observed:

VI. What do I need to know?

  • Participating in a presentation of our services is mandatory.
  • The opinion of the pediatrician certifying that the baby/child is clinically healthy and fit for the psychomotor stimulation program.
  • The opinion of the family doctor stating that the child's parent accompanying them in the water is clinically healthy.
  • Any other medical advice that will be established by management as necessary
    • The meeting will be scheduled by mutual agreement depending on the availability of the schedule and the age category to which the child belongs.
    • Usually, the time and day set does not change throughout the subscription, except in cases where it is announced in advance (previous meeting).
    • The scheduling will be done after the presentation of the services, once the administrative regulation is accepted and signed.

    * Our recommendation is to follow the child's meal and sleep schedule.

  • The parent who accompanies the child in the water during the accommodation or re-accommodation period has the role of emotional support in the parent-child-instructor relationship and will comply with the instructor's requirements, not being allowed to carry out other water activities (swimming, diving, jumping, aquagym, etc. .) or performing on their own initiative maneuvers with the young child (grips, positioning, stimulation, immersion, etc.) without the approval of qualified personnel.

    The instructor is the only one entitled to establish when the child has become able to work without emotional support from the parent; they have the right to ask the parent to leave the pool.

    In case the parent does not want to accompany the child in the pool on the recommendation of the instructor, we mention that the accommodation/re-accommodation process for children up to 3 years old, will be carried out with great difficulty.

The subscriptions are in Euro and are paid in Lei at the BNR exchange rate on that day. Payment can be made in cash or by card.

 

The first subscription is paid at the end of the registration formalities, respectively the signing of the contract.

The automatic extension of the subscription will be paid for at the last session of the current subscription.

In case of non-payment at the last meeting of the current subscription, the termination of the collaboration is considered, which implies the automatic loss of the position in the program schedule.

  • The absence at the scheduled time, for various reasons, is announced at least 24 hours in advance in order to be recovered. Otherwise, the lesson will be considered completed.

    If the club cancels the aquatic education sessions for objective reasons (holidays, vacations, renovations, technical revisions, etc.) the subscription will be automatically extended with the number of missed sessions.

    Recovery is granted according to the availability in the schedule, respecting the age category and the maximum number of children, only if the absence has been announced in advance.

    Scheduling for the recovery session is done only once; failure to appear for recovery shall be deemed to have taken place.

    We cannot guarantee the availability of the incumbent instructor during the subscription for the recovery session.

  • The child must be fed at least 45 minutes before arrival at the pool.

    Access to the club premises will be made only through the reception room, with slippers or disposable shoe covers.

    The session will always start at a fixed time and it will end 40 minutes later, regardless of the time of entering the water.

    Children (or companions) carrying communicable diseases, open wounds, dermatitis, or dermatoses are not allowed in the pool. Also, if the child has symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, and/or fever, parents are asked to notify the club reception and cancel the meeting. Qualified club staff reserves the right to cancel the aquatic education session if such symptoms are found before the start of the class.

    According to the norms imposed by the Bucharest Public Health Directorate, we ask that all the companions of the children, who wish to monitor the entire aquatic education session inside the pool, have specific attire in the aseptic area (locker rooms, swimming pool), namely swimsuit, swimming slippers, cap, and robe.

    Acvatic Bebe Club is not responsible for forgotten or lost items inside the club; for valuables, we recommend using the lockers or requesting the reception safe.

    Acvatic Bebe Club reserves the right to modify, revise or supplement this regulation and tariff plan whenever necessary, any change coming into force at the time of posting or notification.
