At this age, after accommodating to the aquatic environment, children start swimming initiation, through learning specific techniques and movements. They will learn to face their fears, if any, and learn and perfect their swimming strokes.

Learning the movements and notions of swimming freestyle and/or backstroke
Learning jumps and aquatic movements
