Saline Therapy
What is saline therapy?
Saline therapy is an alternative method, but also a complementary method of prevention and treatment for various respiratory diseases while having proven benefits for the whole body.
The therapy involves inhaling saline aerosols (by spending time inside the salt room) which mainly treat respiratory ailments. Salt is a bactericidal substance that does not allow the development of microbial cultures, acting as a disinfectant.
The effective purification of the airways also strengthens the body’s immunity. Bacteria, impurities, toxins, allergens not only trigger but also maintain diseases of the respiratory system, which often recur, becoming chronic. Saline therapy supports the body in its fight against harmful environmental factors, which we can not completely avoid, no matter how hard we try.
In our salt room, we used Himalayan salt and salt brought from the Praid mine to create a hypo-bacterial and allergen-free environment, carefully controlled in terms of heat, humidity, and ventilation.
Access to the salt room is only made by adults with shoe covers provided at the reception and by children with clean house shoes (eg: Adidas, crocs, etc.).
In clinical trials, saline therapy has been shown to be effective in reducing symptoms for a variety of respiratory and skin diseases:

Why saline therapy for adults and children?
Saline therapy is the best alternative for treating respiratory problems in both adults and children. The treatment is 100% natural and consists of inhaling saline aerosols in a specially designed environment, where children and adults will feel comfortable.
Saline therapy sessions help clean the airways, thus achieving significant improvements in respiration, sleep quality, and general condition. Proven benefits include strengthening the immune system.
By inhaling saline aerosols, a purification of the respiratory tract from outbreaks of infection (staphylococcal) is achieved, the elimination of secretions from the bronchi is stimulated, irritations and inflammations existing in both adults and children are significantly reduced. Aerosols can also be absorbed through the skin exposed to saline air, thus helping to treat skin conditions.
